Tom’s interest in sport stemmed from a young age playing football, cricket, basketball and volleyball in his younger years, concentrating more on football and basketball as he grew older. Tom spent extended periods of time at the physio during year 12, where his interest in the field became evident. Following high school, Tom completed a bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University, graduating in 2020. Throughout his time studying, Tom completed sports trainer work for Brothers Rugby Club where he first discovered his interest in neck injuries and the effects of concussions. Despite this, Tom originally started his career in aged care but quickly realised it wasn’t for him and made the switch to private practice physiotherapy.

As well as having an interest in neck conditions from his previous sports trainer work, having family members and close friends who have suffered from headaches, neck and jaw conditions is what attracted Tom to our clinic. Tom is committed to providing the best care in a holistic and patient centered approach, that allows for full understanding of the physiology of his patients’ conditions and what is needed for recovery.

During the early hours of the weekend Tom can be found watching his beloved Liverpool play in the EPL. Other than this, Tom enjoys hanging out with friends and visiting his family dogs. Tom also looks forward to travelling in a post COVID world.
