Tien Huynh

Tien Huynh graduated from La Trobe University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy and started working as a private practice physiotherapist in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

In early 2020, Tien and his wife decided to move to regional QLD to expand and explore more career opportunities in their own respective fields. Since then, Tien has worked to further develop his skills in practice such as attaining his dry needling certification, additional courses in vestibular physiotherapy screening and management and regional pre-employment assessment training.

Over the years as a generalist physiotherapist, he has developed a passion for neck, headache and vestibular physiotherapy, and he has now settled in Brisbane to continue to further develop his skills with the HNJ team. Since joining HNJ he has attained his Watson Headache® Institute Level 1 Foundation Course.

Tien strongly believes in a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy and, most importantly, education about pain in relation to their pathology to facilitate patient recovery and enhance patient function.

In his spare time, Tien regularly trains BJJ, enjoys playing the guitar, and could talk all day about cinema and movies.

Tien practices at the Nundah clinic Monday to Friday.
