Update to Cancellation Policy

Please note that from 1 March, 2026, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows without prior notification will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Read more about our Cancellation Policy.

How to Book Online

New Patients

For all first-time patients please select either a New Patient Initial Consultation OR Dizzy Assessment Consultation (this applies if you have any Vertigo / Dizzy symptoms as not all physios can treat this condition).

Current Patients (treatment within the last 12 months)

For all current (follow up) patients please choose either a Subsequent Consultation or Subsequent Consultation Extended for additional time.

Returning Patients (treatment over 12 months ago)

If you are a previous patient who has not attended within the last 12 months you cannot book online, you will need to call us to be booked as a Returning Patient.

Urgent Appointments

If you require an urgent appointment at any of our clinics, please contact us on 07 3266 3389 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Please be advised that Greenslopes and North Lakes clinics are NOT wheelchair accessible. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Payment Policy

We require payment at the time of your appointment. The Headache, Neck & Jaw Clinic is a private physiotherapy practice that treats complex Head, Neck, Jaw & Vestibular conditions. We do not bulk bill under Medicare or bill Third Parties (NDIS, Work-Cover/CTP insurance). We require full payment of fees on the day of your consultation. Thank you.
