Patient Referral Incentive

As a small business, we rely on word of mouth referrals.  We also like to acknowledge our patients who help spread the word about our clinic and who are as passionate about what we do as we are! 

As a thank you for sharing information about how we have helped you and for recommending us to your friends, we offer an Eftpos Gift Card from the clinic to spend wherever you please.  If you refer someone to our clinic, please ask them to write your name down on their registration form when they attend their first appointment, that way we can ensure you receive your gift.

Eftpos Gift Cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. One gift card is given per patient referral
2. The patient referred must state your name when attending their first appointment with us
3. We reserve the right to discontinue this offer at any time
4. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
