Ho Yeung Kwok (Ocean) completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) at The University of Queensland. His interest in headaches, migraines, jaw (TMJ) disorders and complex neck pain, developed through both clinical exposure and his own experiences with whiplash, migraines and shoulder injuries. These challenges gave him a personal appreciation for how disruptive these conditions can be and shaped his interest in helping others navigate similar issues.
Ocean values empathy, listening and working collaboratively with patients to understand them and their underlying drivers of symptoms. He adopts a holistic, patient‑centred approach and aims to help patients make sense of their condition before developing practical strategies to support long‑term recovery.
Ocean has conducted research exploring how physiotherapists manage temporomandibular disorders (TMD) in Australia and is committed to ongoing professional development in headache, migraine and jaw conditions.
