Rochelle Kay initially studied a Bachelor of Movement & Exercise Science through the Queensland University of Technology, graduating in 2013. This then led her to undertake a Masters of Physiotherapy through the University of Queensland, from which she graduated in 2015.
Rochelle has been practicing as a physiotherapist for the last 8+ years and developed an interest in necks early in her career. As a headache and migraine sufferer who found that traditional physiotherapy wasn’t not working anymore, and she sought out the Watson Headache Approach to fix herself. After doing the Watson Level 1 Course in 2019, she got treatment at the Headache Neck and Jaw Clinic and has been migraine-free ever since. From her own experience, treating headaches and migraines quickly developed into a passion for Rochelle. Rochelle has completed the Watson Headache Institute Level 1 Foundation, Level 2 Consolidation, and Level 3 Certification courses. Rochelle enjoys challenging her own brain with complex cases such as hemiplegic and menstrual migraines, 24/7 daily persistent headaches, and trigeminal neuralgia.
