Rochelle Kay initially studied a Bachelor of Movement & Exercise Science through QUT graduating in 2013. This then led her to undertake a Masters of Physiotherapy through UQ from which she graduated in 2015.
She has been practicing as a physiotherapist for the last 8 years. Rochelle developed an interest in neck’s early in her career. As a headache and migraine sufferer traditional physiotherapy was not working anymore and she sought out the Watson Headache Approach to fix herself. After doing the Watson level 1 course in 2019, she got treatment at the HNJ Clinic and has been migraine free ever since. From her own experience, treating headaches and migraines quickly developed into a passion for Rochelle over the past 4 years. Rochelle has completed the Watson Headache Institute Level 1 Foundation and Level 2 Consolidation courses.
