Sophie Choi

Sophie Choi is a physiotherapist with a strong clinical interest in the treatment of headaches, migraines, TMD, concussion, and vestibular conditions. Through ongoing professional development and clinical experience, she has developed a focused skill set in managing complex presentations.

During the senior years of her studies, Sophie was introduced to the Watson Headache® Approach through her mentors and quickly developed a strong belief in its effectiveness. She has continued to refine and strengthen her expertise by completing the Watson Headache® Institute Level 1 Foundation, Level 2 Consolidation, and Level 3 Certification courses under Dr Dean Watson. Sophie is also a CCMI Certified Concussion Therapist and has undertaken additional training in the assessment and treatment of vestibular conditions, allowing her to provide targeted care for clients experiencing dizziness, vertigo, and balance-related symptoms, particularly following concussion or in association with headache disorders.

In addition to headache and migraine management, Sophie has training and experience treating temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) and jaw-related pain, working to restore jaw function, reduce symptoms, and improve overall quality of life.

Sophie values taking the time to listen and understand each person’s story. She works collaboratively with her clients to develop meaningful and targeted treatment plans and finds it rewarding to empower them with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently manage their condition.
