For nearly two decades Trina Morris has successfully treated all types of headaches and migraines. As a progressive and charismatic physiotherapist, she has specialised her skills to treat the cervical spine to provide relief for patients suffering with debilitating headaches and migraines.  Over the years Trina has been dedicated to ongoing learning, and innovations in this field.  She is an invited speaker and active in research to stay informed of the latest advancements in the management of headaches and migraines.  With a deep understanding of the complexities of these conditions, Trina employs specific techniques, such as the Watson Headache Approach to provide effective relief and improve the quality of life for her patients.  

In addition to a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, Trina is fully accredited in Watson Headache® Institute Level 1 Foundation, Level 2 Consolidation, Level 3 Certification and Level 4 Facilitation Courses.

Her expertise has assisted numerous patients to find relief and answers, when these answers were not forthcoming from a variety of other health professionals.

Trina was an invited speaker for the International Headache Symposium in Italy, and has presented both online and in person for Headache Symposiums, the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Australian Dental Association, and for Oral Health Practitioners in Brisbane. She has also been involved in discussions with neurologists and other medical health practitioners to advocate and promote specific physiotherapy as a collaborative management tool for people with headaches and migraines. 

As an active member of a migraine specific research group in South Australia, Trina is dedicated to support those suffering from headaches and migraines. Trina is continuously furthering her education, attending numerous courses on the cervical and thoracic spine, concussion, breathing dysfunction, pain management, and temporomandibular jaw joint dysfunction. Passionate about helping individuals regain control over their health and well-being, Trina is committed to providing personalised care and empowering patients to live improved quality of life.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Trina completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Movements and Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Trina has fallen in love with almost everything Australian, including the weather, lifestyle, and red wine. Vegemite, however, just doesn’t seem to agree with her more refined maple syrup palate!
